Refunds for subscription based publications are available on a prorated basis. Publications that have been delivered are considered consumed and non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid, but undelivered publications within a specified subscription period are refundable with 30-days written notification. 

All subscription-based publications will be delivered electronically either via email, or via access to an online subscriber portal.

If for any reason a subscriber is unsatisfied with their subscription, they may notified us via email directly at jhuge@jwhinvestment.com or through the 'Contact Us' tab on the menu above, of their desire to end their subscription. Upon receipt of said notification, we will begin the cancelation and refund process in accordance with the above referenced refund policy.

A subscriber to any of our publications has the right to cancel his or her subscription at any time without reason. Upon receipt of a subscribers written notification of intent to cancel, a refund for any prepaid, but undelivered publications will be processed within 30-days. This policy does not apply to "Lifetime" subscriptions after the first year. During the first year of a "Lifetime" subscription, refunds will be calculated as the balance remaining following the number of months in which publications were delivered x the prevailing monthly subscription rate. Example: If a "Lifetime" subscriber paid $500 for their subscription, when the prevailing monthly rate is $25/month, then cancels after receiving 9 monthly publications, they will receive a refund equal to $275 [$500 minus ($25 x 9)].
